The MasterBase® policy on spam is very clear. We are totally against spam or unwanted submissions. If any client or natural person sends any form of spam through our email sending services, the case will be duly investigated and sanctioned.
MasterBase® does not send messages that have not been requested by the recipient.
MasterBase® does not do business with companies that send unsolicited messages from their customers.
MasterBase® does not sell or lease its customer information.
MasterBase® maintains a privacy policy that clearly stipulates how it handles its customers' information.
MasterBase® is committed to working on the basis of what is called ‘permission marketing’. That is, send messages only to clients who have requested it.
MasterBase® is a company that strictly adheres to the rules and good practices of the express permission of the clients so as not to fall into spam.
Proof of this are some of our procedures:
Terms and Conditions: EFirst, each customer using a Freemium or paid account must accept the Terms and Conditions of the service, which includes a commitment not to send messages to people who have not requested it.
Identification: : Recipient information must always be correct. The domain of the message author is predefined by MasterBase®.
Unsubscribe: As required by law, MasterBase® has a mechanism, which is activated through a link, to unsubscribe a contact in future campaigns from the same sender.
Sender information: Each message prepared on the MasterBase® platform contains the legitimate address of the author of the message, both his email address and his postal address.
Direct Relationship with ISPs: MasterBase® maintains a direct relationship with the most important ISPs (email account providers) in the world.
Secure unsubscriptions: MasterBase® has its own development, aimed at safeguarding your privacy and protecting it from spam and all forms of unwanted submissions, called MasterUnsubscribe®.
It is an automated unsubscription process included in our MasterBase® platform, which meets three main characteristics:
Simple: : It should be simple both the incorporation of the respective HTML to the message, as well as the way to execute it for those who want to unsubscribe from a sending.
Safe: So safe and error-proof as to guarantee that those who unsubscribe through you will not receive submissions again, even if, by mistake, they were uploaded to the contact base.
Cash: And not only cash, but also automatic (almost magical) for those behind scheduling campaigns.
1) For those who schedule sending of messages
Through MasterBase®, activating this unsubscribe module is as easy as incorporating the MasterUnsuscribe® code as a hyperlink in the HTML of the message, through the assisted editor.
The following is a step-by-step example:
Identify the text from which you will link to MasterUnsubscribe®
Select the MasterUnsubscribe® parameter from the personalization icon.
This action will paste into the body of the message the MasterUnsubscribe® parameter (#! Masterunsubscribelink! #), In which the SmartData tool is used.
Finally, you must cut and paste this parameter as a hyperlink of the linkable text, in this case "Click here".
The MasterUnsubscribe® parameter will always be the same, so it can be configured by a template that will be used as a basis for future submissions.
2) For those who want to unsubscribe from a email list:
The first is to click on the unsubscribe option:
You will be directed to the MasterUnsubscribe® page, where you will be indicated the box that you are requesting to unsubscribe, the name of the company that makes the shipments and the internal code of that account.
Once the contact sends the request, the process of blocking shipments begins within the indicated period (24 hours). The contact also has the (voluntary) option to report the reasons for the unsubscription.
